Hey there!
My name is Jade. I am not anyone special, just the girl in the back of the classroom. When I'm not focused (more like obsessed) over school and homework, I find myself listening to music all day, every day. I am a major bookworm, but I have my moments as a writer. I absolutely love photography, art, and all things crafty. Any chance that I get, I hang out with my friends, whether it's playing tennis, thrifting, or just talking over a huddle of junk food. I think of myself as a very closed off person, so you'll usually see me in my own little world. I'm not the one to put myself out there in front of the world, seeing as I'm terrified of public speaking. Though I think of myself as a lazy procrastinator sometimes (I'm being honest here!), I know where I want to go in life, and know I have to work hard to get there.
As a student, I have this competitive side where I want to have the top grade in the class. Though I do usually get a bad start, I know how to finish strong. I work hard to achieve my academic goals, and try to prove to myself that I can survive high school. My favorite subject is definitely math. When it comes to math, I tend to understand concepts very quickly. I like that I have to show how I got my answers and not over analyze how I got there; it's just a process. I learn the best by just listening and watching. Though this class challenges the idea of a traditional classroom, I tend to learn better by listening and watching a teacher explain the lesson and following along.
